Death Scenes 1-5 of 11
1. Hoetenks
Up in his apartment, at night, about three days later, Hoetenks had been smoking like crazy, nearly insane as a result of the disaster that Robbie saved all of them from. Planning to move out of the house, Hoetenks had started packing things up, including a tank of propane in the kitchen from the storage downstairs.
After hours of packing, Hoetenks had fallen asleep, a cigarette still lit, but put on the ashtray next to his bed.
Around 1 AM, Robbie woke up, remembering the premonition in a panic nightmare. He called Rem and Sam, and told them about what he had seen.
Back at Hoetenk's apartment, 10 stories above ground, he rolled over in bed, knocking the cigarette off of the nightstand, starting a fire while he was asleep.
Eventually, Hoetenks woke up, screaming when he saw the fire. He ran to the kitchen to see what was wrong, and wished he hadn't. There, the fire was insane. Slipping on a spill of water, he knocked over a sewing kit along with champagne/wine glasses he had up. With shards of glass and needles stuck all over him, Hoetenks slowly got up, and slowly moved to the front door to get downstairs, not thinking, panicked.
Robbie, Sam and Rem eventually got together and started heading towards the building Hoetenks lived in, h oping to save him before the premonition continued into reality.
Down in the lobby, Hoetenks was walking out of the building slowly. He shoved open the front door, but turned back briefly when the building's security guard asked if something was wrong, idiotically. Hoetenks screamed once more, and then attempted to run out the door. Unfortunately, the door he had shoved open slammed closed in his face as he attempted to get out, shoving all the glass and needles into his body, killing him just as Robbie, Sam and Rem arrived to try and save him.
2. Brite Lites
Just a day after the death of Hoetenks, Brite Lites sat at home, doing some homework in the living room. His mother says she's leaving the house to go to her nightshift as a security guard, and she turns on the gas on the stove to make tea that Brite Lites requested. Unknown by the two, the pilot light had previously been blown out. There had been a storm all day, making the hot May day only muggier and making Brite Lites miserable. The storm eventually knocked the power out, and Brite Lites went into the kitchen to get the tea. He lit a match to try and see, but realized there was gas in. The kitchen exploded, but did not kill Brite Lites. He was knocked down, and attempted to crawl out of the now-burning kitchen, but the fridge fell over from the explosion, crushing his legs. In pain, Brite Lites removed the fridge, and started crawling towards the front door. He knew the street nearby was busy, and there was always some random car that would drive down his popular street. He exited the burning house, and on the front steps, there was a second explosion that sent some debris flying over him, but not killing him. He crawled towards the street to see a car coming by. He attempted to make it to the street to stop it, but a third explosion occurred just as he reached the street, and he was crushed and ripped apart by debris including glass, wood, and metal tears.
3. BlackPower
Two days later, school was still going on for the students, despite the death of Brite Lites. In Chemistry, there were two experiments going on: One involving evaporation (to separate a few substances), and one involving mixing cupric chloride with water and aluminum. Being careless, BlackPower decided not to wear his goggles, knowing that he was an "expert" at Chemistry, and nothing could go wrong. As he walked towards the station where he was to work with the cupric chloride, his pen got caught on one of the tubes for a bunsen burner. He got it out, but left a small hole in the tube. At his station, while writing stuff down, his partner sneezed, sending most of the toxic cupric chloride towards BlackPower. Much of it got in his eye, practically blinding him, and he screamed out, then started running towards the eye wash station at the other end of the room. Nearby, one student was angry that his bunsen burner refused to light, and tried again to light it, not giving a **** about BlackPower's eyes. Eventually, the match struck, and another explosion occurred. Fortunately for the students in the chemistry lab (located on the fifth floor), no one was seriously injured. However, the blow sent BlackPower flying out the window, and down one floor, he slammed into a tree, spun around it, and hit the top of the backing fence for Home Plate on the school baseball field. Some of his hair tore at the top, and he fell down the other ten feet onto the cement, cracking his skull open...
4. Remeese
Later that day, Katie and Rem, a brother-and-sister duo, had decided to return to the vacation spot the had gone to earlier. Rem stopped at a fishing store to purchase fishing equipment, and Katie was driving to pick him up. Back near the school, which had been let out after the death of BlackPower, the rest of the survivors (Husky, Sam, True Skarlet and Robbie) were talking. While Katie was driving, she had Robbie on the phone. The five of them, over speakerphone, were discussing the idea of Death, as Robbie had the premonition of the deaths.
At the fishing store, Rem bumped his head on the door frame to the back room, causing some fishing lines, with hooks on them, to fall. The shelf that they had been on got stuck before it could fall, causing the lines to stay hanging in the door frame.
Rem ran back out in a hurry, only to get his eyes caught on the dangling hooks. Now blind and in pain, Rem tried to get out of the fishing store.
Katie dropped her cell while driving towards the store, but still attempted to drive. She bent down to get the phone just as Rem ran blindly into the street, and she hit him, killing him instantly.
5. Katie
Immediately after Rem's death, Katie panicked, and started to drive to the school to find the others. Not caring about traffic laws or anything, she sped down the streets to find the school.
When she finally spotted them, her brakes stopped working. She slammed on the brakes, but they were unresponsive, causing Katie to crash her van into a parked car in the school parking lot. The other four survivors stared in shock as Katie flew out through the windshield of her van, and slammed into the side of the school, crushing her skull, and breaking her neck and ribs.
