Columbia had created a huge promo plan for Bey including her own NYE show but she turned them down and said she has it "under control"... I think she has some huge stuff planned.
She came out with that hat/hair thing and all in black, standing out among all the other singers in their lighter colors, and just waddled on over to take the mic and Diana leaped away.
