She started with Gaga on The Monster Ball though so she could be talking about Gaga's dancers. That'd be cool if they were learning choreography for new music. We didn't know about any rehearsing until like a week or two after the announcement. Don't we find out about the VMA performers at the end of this month too? Or beginning of next month?

Looked around, it's different each year cause they try different ways of announcing the performers. I think it depends on when certain artists want to be revealed too. I'd be here for everything kicking off around the end of this month.

Beyonce performed the whole self-titled at VMA's, and it sold like 10K more. Her Superbowl boosts were like 5K.

GRAMMYs boosts are like barely 50K now. (Adele being the anomaly because 21 was already selling ungodly amounts)

That's true. but I don't see how that'd stop her from debuting at a major award show. I DARE her not to tbh. It's kind of predictable and boring to always do that imo.

Hmm. If the single is coming August, she'll film the video soon (she filmed Applause on July 17th, I believe). Even though she filmed that in an enclosed studio, we found out about it (and some details, like the black bodysuits) from people around her/who work for her.

I don't think she can keep it a secret, so maybe she will announce it weeks ahead. After being so secretive, she might want to break the news that new music is coming, herself.

Maybe, I'm just being optimistic.

yeah filming a video is really hard to keep secretive.....but on the other hand i guess she is on the ahs set and could easily shoot the video closeby and no one would expect anything.

i just wish she would say on a wednesday: single and vidoe coming this friday BOOM.
