It's because she's inconsistent worldwide. In Europe, she's big in Spain, France, Sweden, others, but there are countries like Greece that don't use. In Asia, she's big in Philippines, South Korea, Japan, China, but some countries in the middle east don't use. Sans Brazil, South America don't use, but Brazil is 51% of the South America population alone and way more of the Majority music market in South America and is the only one to appear in the top twenty music market.
I wouldn't pay it no mind. She's definitely not local either way.
Especially, because of the type of music she makes.

But you're right yes. lol I hope she's coming back this year but I kinda doubt it. If we don't hear a thing from producers in September or something I don't think we're getting anything this year. But it's Beyoncé we're talking about so maybe she really wants everything to be a secret. If we don't get an announcement in October I doubt we are getting a new album this year. I do hope we're getting something this year.
