It looks less likely, especially if "Get Lucky" roars back up in spins compared to the modest ones this week.
I hope she pulls it off, though. The song has come a long way, very successful.

I'm guessing most of those in the list are R&B/Hip-hop leaning because they're all smashes across many different radio genres as opposed to just pop.

I found:
E.T. (feat. Kanye West): 143M (but I think it's more because the next articles after this numbers don't say how she continues to hold the top on Radio Songs)
Last Friday Night (T.G.I.F.): 148M ![Alexz](http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v232/korn0818/ec20fb7f.gif)

143 million on issue date May 21, 2011 was its last mention. Two weeks later "RITD" went No. 1 with 144 million impressions, so it's probably around that area. I would say 144-147 million, only because I don't recall it collapsing in airplay to reach something higher and Adele being able to rush her so soon.

Moves Like Jagger: 149-151 million. (November 5, 2011)*
Someone Like You: 148 million. (November 5, 2011)
** "MLJ" is an estimation. It's last mention was 144 million, but "SLY" peaked at 148 million at No. 2 while "MLJ" was still number one on Hot 100 Airplay so it had to still be a couple million higher. The next week "SLY" went to No. 1 on Hot 100 Airplay, but slipped to 147m before continuing to go down.

I got the last five numbers from a random thread in UKMIX. Pretty sure Shake It Off and Check On It are somewhere in the 165M area as well.
