I've honestly come to accept that Glory isn't going to debut high. The music is great, she loves the album, and she's invested in promoting it. Reviews have generally been good as well, and I think if she continues to make music that she wants to make she can cater to fans new and old. The album quality seems to have really shocked people who lost hope after Britney Jean, with several saying it's one of her best. If she reintroduces herself to the public with this era success can always come later. At least we have good music and a happy and healthy Britney.

The VMAs is its last push. It won't make Make Me appeal to the masses, but what can the GP see in the VMAs is that she's back to form, back to the Brit everyone really loved and that will ignite interest to her music.

The Make Me video / Glory photoshoot was such a mess. I know people keep saying to get over the original music video but it really would have taken Glory's release in a completely different direction had it been released with the song as a single. I'm not sure how much more of a burst, but it definitely would have helped the era start with more of a standout bang than a cheesy and bland albeit cute music video.

Oh well though, maybe the next single.

also I think it's because she has a lot of hype coming out from Blackout everyone was perching for the return of Britney during that time I was a kid back then I can't remember much, but I still remember it was like a major event all over the world

the reason why we're struggling to hit 200k now not only because of sales climate, but also because of all the years after FF hurt her career so much, so many casual fans left her but I think Glory will help her rebuild her image a lot and gain her more fans this is a damage control, rebuild imagine era tbh the GP only needs to know she's back and serving again, I believe we will see a much better commercial success next era

Let's be real I'm not really a Britney fan, but I've always waited for Britney's return to form 'cause I want this woman to succeed and this era is the closest we had from vintage Britney. That's why I'm really happy and at the same time hyped from everything about Britney this time
