J.Cole's another rapper with some nice songs & an alright album but nothing amazing really. He does get boring often times but whatever works for him.

Kendrick gained more recognition, and acclaim.
Kendrick going into a new direction with TPAB turned a lot of fans away, while Cole played it safe and his fans accepted that.

I absolutely hated Big Sean till HoF where I found him tolerable for the first time, and DSP was okay too but he has yet to make a fully amazing project as I see it.

Cole ain't boring. I love his "less is more" approach with his music.

His songs aren't overly produced like a lot of today's rap songs, doesn't rely on too many features and he doesn't ride waves like drake. His style works for him, that's why he's been one of the most successful rappers this decade.

Nah it's just I don't like the beat on the actual track. It doesn't match the tempo of the song imo.

Another unpopular opinion I think that "Stickly for my ****** " is Pac's best album, but then again I haven't listened to All Eyez On Me in it's entirety in a minute so I gotta do that.

All his albums sounds the same...Cole is predictable, I hope he steps into a new direction for his next album like Kendrick did with TPAB...I wonder if his fans will jump ship

I wouldn't mind him switching up his sound and working with different producers the next album. but he has a loyal fanbase, they'll still support.

I'm excited for the Nas, and Bryson Tiller features. Kinda disappointed with 'I Got The Keys'.
