DRjuss06's Daily Top 20, Feb. 23, 2011
After spending weeks in the Top 10, Adele finally reaches the Top spot with RITD while debuting 2 other songs in the chart, one at #9 and #10. With 3 songs in the Top 10, Adele is the artist with the most songs in the chart and the Top 10. Those 2 other songs are also her 2nd and 3rd songs to chart on my chart and with RITD debut of #5, she has officially debut in the Top 10 with her first 3 songs.
But the Hot Shot Debut comes from JLO & Pitbull who land their song OTF at #5, the first JLO to chart and the 4th for Pitbull, who has yet to land a solo song on my chart. Pitbull holds the record of the most #1s by a featured artist with 3. Mumford & Sons also make a splashy debut on the chart.
And finally Gaga steps aside after 11 days @ #1, the longest-consecutive run by a female artist @ #1 and the longest by a song that debut at #1. BTW sits at #4 for the longest-running singles on my daily chart, following "The Harold Song" by Ke$ha, and "Grenade" by Bruno Mars and "Space Bound" by Eminem, both with 14 days, Grenade drops out of the chart today.
