I'd say the biggest competition are the ones in bold.
Axwell might surprise, but Ingrosso's debut single only peaked at #3 (and I don't know if his song is as good as Reload tbh)
Airplay: Not charting
DJ Fresh last few singles bombed, but he used to be huge back in 2011 so IDK, now he has Diplo (which is not as huge as Rascal but stranger things have happened).
Airplay: Not charting
This is the Wanted's 4th pre-album single (!!!!). The previous 3 failed to reach #1, but it seems like they're the biggest competition.
Airplay: Not available (OA/OS too)
And then there is Wake Me Up & We Can't Stop, and they should be doing under 80k.
If Roar doesn't go #1 it's its own fault. CG debuted with 123,607 (after 6 weeks on radio, promo & video, though)

None of these new releases are much competition. DJ Fresh will probably limp into the top 10 and The Wanted will bomb. And that Axwell song isn't that big.
She will just need to overtake Miley who looks certain for #1 this week. But I highly doubt she will do that without promo. Especially seeing as the song will only have 6 of sales days rather than 7.
