I think they used Tina's old one. I can tell the parts after it where recorded for the episode, but the performance itself was so spot on to her original one and she looked 100% Like S1 Tina

I can tell they're using old/cut footish because the quality looks a little grainy

I'm pretty sure they just re-filmed the audition, just like they did for Kurt (having him facing the crowd with the camera behind him)

Tina still looks pretty similar while Kurt has obviously grown up so it wouldn't be too surprising
