She's saying that Taylor is a hypocrite for calling out Nicki for pitting women against other....while at the same time shading Katy any chance she gets, which is pitting women against each other.

And even if there was a difference, it doesn't change the point of what's been said since the album version remains (and thanks for admitting it) about Katy.
