At home or small local events people know you as your name. At regular places like the grocery store people may not know your name, but they still treat you as fellow humans. There are some places (think big business, corporate, or government) where they have thousands of people to deal with, so their cases/customers are more like numbers to a file as opposed to humans.
I think I might get my best score so far this round, but I doubt I'll still get top 10.
