It's his official account. Russell Hantz confirmed it already. They just had someone update his account while he is in the house (my bets are on Russell); sort of like when Crazy James was updating King D's twitter account last season while in the house.
Yesterday before going to bed, Janelle told Ashley that they should start hanging out with JoJo, so Boogie will think that they have an alliance together and send her home. Ashley told Janelle that she absolutely needs to win the next HoH, and put Jenn (as a pawn) and Shane on the block. Since Shane will probably win the PoV, she will then backdoor Frank.
Ten minutes earlier, Ashley was trash talking about Janelle with Britney
Its funny because both Janelle & Boogie want JoJo out at this point but they think the other doesn't so that don't know how to convince the other
