There were all kinds of rumors about Lalaine's absence from Lizzie McGuire's last few episodes. Rumors stemming from people claiming to have connections to others on the set and so on.

The most popular rumor is that Hilary and Lalaine's friendship deteriorated in the second season to the point of a fight and Susan gave Disney an ultimatum.

While I'm not saying here or there if I believe that rumor, there are three interesting things to notice about the final episodes and movie of Lizzie McGuire:

- Starting with episode 218 (Just Friends), Lalaine's screen time on LM was shorter for the following episodes than ever before.
- Also starting around that time, the amount of scenes with just Hilary and Lalaine in them were rare and few and far between. There was almost always at least one other person in the scenes.
- Lastly, Jake Thomas was asked on his website why Lalaine was not featured in the LMM and he replied "ask the Duffs."

Hilary and Lalaine haven't spoken to one another since the last episode of LM with Lalaine in it. However, Lalaine reached out to Hilary a year ago via Twitter when she found a photo of the two from the first season of Lizzie.

My favorite Lizzie episode is Dear Lizzie. I think the fact that she looked amazing at the end of that episode and the BBMak song started playing at the right time sealed the deal for me.

Of course, that interview aired last year on my birthday and I was going out with my friends to the club, so the show aired at 8:00 and that is still really early so I was watching it and getting my Hilary high for the day so overall it was just a really good birthday, I try to watch every TV appearance that Hilary has when it first comes on because I hate waiting on videos to pop up on the Internet and that WHOLE interview has never been posted, so I am glad I watched it.

August 1, 2001 is the first day our neighborhood got the Disney Channel. Yes, I know we were late as hell but I live in a really small town in Tennessee. I had been hearing about this show called Lizzie McGuire and when I saw the previews I said to myself "Let me give this show a chance" I tuned in and loved it to death and I wanted to know EVERYTHING there was to know about Hilary, it's something about her that just has the IT factor, and then when she started to do music it was a wrap, I become a stan and there was no turning back then.
