The finale was really great, but that scene with Alex walking through the hospital with the cops was heartbreaking. He was doing so well and has grown A LOT since Rebecca/Izzie. I need him to be fine and I'm lowkey shipping him with Meredith (I know that it's kinda weird and they don't have much chemistry).

That's exactly what I've been saying. Derek was holding Meredith back in every possible way. Pretty much all her problems were annoyingly bitchin' about him. Thank God his gone!
Im probably the only fan of the show that cant stand Alex. Dude has deepseeded issues; i say good riddance to bad rubbish but obv hes going to be back to work in no time. I hope poor DeLuca makes it; the prettiest boy on the show after Avery.

I'm also legit hoping this is the final season. They have explored every single direction in the series so far, and to me there isn't much more they can do.
