10th time watching this.
I loved the parts where BOMT and Lucky were sprayed with the paint and where Britbrit is tiptoeing in the fight sequence. AHHH
You can tell that Jonas was DEFINITELY inspired working on this video (it's been a while for him), and created a wonderful piece of art. This is an artist at work, creating GENUINE craft, and the results shined through.
And who the hell are you to determine what Aliens look like? Are you an expert?
Sis don't go twisting my words like I'm hating on the video or anything. I'm just saying I highly doubt she's supposed to be an alien. If she was, they would have referenced it much more and done more than a streak.
Her best video since 2004. By far. Far from her best but still REALLY proud of her! Lots of epic elements in this! I love the paint and the fight sequence. The second verse SLAYS too. she's getting there. just wish she danced harder especially at the end. and she needs to lipsynch a little better too. overall i didn't hate it so she proved me wrong! To all who were threatening to report me the other day: I liked it!
Or, if this had been released by a certain someone, people would be complaining and crying and bitching that the video and the song don't match - which is the case here.
The set pieces are OK, but they're hardly brilliant, and the editing moves so fast that most of the time you can't even take them in - all you see are flashes of metal and wires and microphones.
This is nowhere near as aimless as "Telephone," though. Although neither song really has a "message" other than "I'm in the club let's **** / I'm partying." So it's interesting that they're using these kinds of songs as springboards for artsy and zany music videos now.
She's an alien. Since those freaks were hiding underneath her dress (hopefully giving her some good oral too) and the fact that the beginning starts with a ship coming from space
Ah, OK. Or maybe it represents the fake smile she was putting on during the Circus era?
