Not too much on Ms. Onika tho.
- Roman In Moscow is fiyah.
- Stupid Hoe is the definition of a booty-popping bopT.

- Starships' chorus is infectious (I'm starting to get sick of the verses, though the dubstep remixes I'm anticipating are gonna be amazing).

I give the era in terms of music so far a B. I want her to realize this album is called Pink Friday: Roman Reloaded, not generic pop music reloaded. It's going to bother me quick and if I am not impressed with the album, I'm not buying it. I can deal with some really good catchy pop songs like Marilyn Monroe, Turn Me On, and (hopefully) Va Va Voom, but I don't need this basic nonsense.

Another problem I have: She's an INCREDIBLE lyricist... when she wants to. She can spit fire when she wants to, and this is to date her worst song in terms of lyrics. My 2-year old sister can come up with hotter lyrics than Starships.
Nicki is really lucky I live for that damn chorus or else I would not be happy with Starships.

And i bet the album has atleast 16 tracks in total (deluxe addition etc).. so just because we heard two pop songs doesnt mean the whole album is going to be a generic mess

I don't get the chorus either. What do starships flying have to do with putting your hands up in the sky?
What do starships have to do with anything? Are they a metaphor for something I'm not understanding?
I sound like a rabid hater, & I bought the song (since I still support her & will buy RR), but really, the lyrics are worse with every listen.

I'll share my full opinions on the song later in the week.
EDIT: This is generic trash but it works to an extent because it's catchy and has a dance beat.. She really needs to build up on her urban fan base really quick or there will be problems with the 1st week sales. I understand her "plan" for this era but it might back fire on her. Generic pop doesn't shift albums and nor do songs like Roman Holiday. She needs to make a radio friendly urban song (ex. Moment 4 Life) without the Roman **** to let them start rotating now. **** I wouldn't even care if it got a watered down Wayne feature along to it, but it got to be something.
