It's called a metaphor. Just because one utilizes a metaphor doesn't mean they're being a "messy stan".

I'm following this election on all sides very eagerly because I am very concerned about where these two candidates are going to take this country. This is the place where I am supposedly to build my future and all I see is the promise of wreckage from BOTH candidates.

The lesser of two evils is still evil, I'm not voting for someone who only knows how to support me when they need the numbers to nab the Oval Office.

Yeah, it was more of a wishful thinking but what those other people did hurts her chances of becoming the next POTUS, and a reasonable candidate would think of beating Trump like Bernie did by endorsing her.

Some of you diehard Hillary supporters are so blinded at this point you can't see the risk of Trump beating her, it is not different than the people who still think Bernie Sanders can win the nomination imo. There is a risk and people choose to act as if it is not real.
