Similar to Buddy, I feel your theme is marketable and business-savvy in general but you didn't specifically elaborate on it enough though you did a bit. Mary was a good opening act to choose as she's a woman whose shown her independence in her everlasting career. As for the setlist, you start off with instant attraction with Only U and then transition to love with Beautiful Ones. However, it gets awkward when you immediately switch up to Caught Out There becoming that scorned woman a bit too soon. Perhaps Who Is She 2 U by Brandy would have better fit that transition as it gives some info on what's going on behind the scenes. Other than that, it's okay and you end off on an independent note for all women to take initiative from. I'm confused as to why I have 5 videos of Only U in your entry instead of the other songs. Your setlist was adequate and you were not the weakest this round but you're still a notch below the others as of now.

I haven't been on the panel long but I've got the general idea of what each contestant has shown and you have been strong in previous rounds. The whole theme of following dreams is so cliche it would have been nice to think outside the box but I understand you were pressed for time. Your songs all fit that theme but they're all similar in context so maybe structuring your setlist from downfall to success would have made more sense as an act. You're opening for Coldplay which is fine but there was no specific reason stated. As for marketing and business, I do believe the whole self-empowerment them will always be marketable and business-worthy but you didn't specifically sell it to us. As a setlist, it's decent but just not as creative as others. Hopefully your other performances this season keep you afloat.

I believe you handled the business and marketing wonders well for the most part. Nicki is a female in a "man's world" musically and the urban industry is a place where females should be rooting each other on. It's a bit iffy as Nicki can be a mess at times and your topic is serious but she's cleaned up so not a big mishap. Your theme could have been hit or miss with me as you could have went straight to spouse abuse and not ventured off anywhere else but luckily, you included children and different types of abuse creating a multi-dimensional set. The tracks all fit and we even get to see the abuser's point of view. This was good for sure. It wasn't on par with umich or swizz but it was better than beyrih and buddy's submissions in my opinion so that's where you're at with me.

I really loved this. You definitely marketed well making a lover's playlist as an opening act for the queen of all things sexual Janet Jackson. Then marketing goes hand-in-hand with business so you were all set for the wonders of this episode. I love the song selection as each is significant to the story and it details all components of a romantic encounter from lust to real emotional attraction. To say the least, I'm sold. Concise but still flawlessly executed. I'm a fan.

Well your topic is very relevant to current news so it did make your entry a bit more interesting from hindsight. But luckily, it's also really well executed up close. All your songs have to do with the topic which is a basic concept but your songs all relate in different ways so it's not one dimensional like other setlists could come off. As for the three wonders, obviously being under the belt of Jay-Z & Beyoncé accomplishes the power and business (well besides a certain venture) parts and then donating 70% of profits to an organization makes your marketing strategy seem genuine and without hidden motives. Really liked this.

@BeyRih Not that it's the sole reason why you were third because your write up was gold, but I wish you didn't do that placeholder thing with the Only U videos—even though it was hilarious to me. It just looked kind of messy and like "whatever." I know damn well there were performances for all of them and it would've been fine to substitute studio/MV versions too.
