I think it's because Christina always pays it dust. She still performs Genie and WAGW frequently, but she never does COOB, so naturally it's forgotten.
That said, she never does I Turn To You, CHUD and Hurt either, but all 3 are doing much better. Legend needs to stop performing the same 10 songs and start giving us her full back catalogue. Especially CHUD and Hurt which remain 2 of her biggest hits in certain territories.
