‎78 yo female
SOB, Fatigue and dizziness
6 years HPN with coronary artery disease
Diet: canned soup and other prepackaged food
Admission assessment: dyspnea c bilateral rales on the lower lobes, irregular heart rate c bounding pulse at 92 beats per minute, 190/96, +4 pitting edemas on both ankles
Pt states that her vision is blurred and that sometimes she feels light headed

The UK could soon be following the US by blocking websites that pirate movies and music.

The warning came from communications minister Ed Vaizey in a speech to a conference in London.

In his speech Mr Vaizey said that a voluntary code of practice being drawn up by US ISPs and content owners could be a "game-changer" in other countries.

Many other nations are looking at site blocking to prevent illegal streaming of films, music and sports events.

The change of tactic comes as experts see pirates choose websites that stream content over traditional file-sharing networks.

That sounds so nice. For once, I did something bad (or my friends did, at least). Private fireworks are illegal in IL and one of my friends got some from Indiana and we set them off in a schoolyard. The cops came, my friend fessed up and got a ticket, and we all just got warned. Made for an early evening... I got home at like 11:30.
