Just about every song she writes starts out on the piano. A large portion of BTW can all be played on the piano. Bad Romance and TEoG were written on the piano first and then made into completely different songs.

While she did say it doesn't neccesarily indicate anything else about the album and that it might not be on the album I'm not too convinced. This is quite clearly the same song she played for Vogue magazine and she has been dropping tons of hints about this song. It seems clear to me that this song will make it onto the album. Personally, I think this song would be a good song to end the album with.

This song aside, her choruses and hooks in general have gotten tremendously weaker since her first two albums. There isn't a single hook on Born This Way that can hold a candle to any of the hooks in Poker Face or Bad Romance or LoveGame.
