I don't think there was a HARD attempt at screwing Bernie over (minorities and the fact people thought Hillary was more electable - even though she's really not - screwed him over) but there was definitely bias and sketchy things going on during the primary. That cannot be denied.

The debates were all in primetime, when did people not have a chance to watch?
Bill Clinton being near a poling place was the reason he lost Mass (a state VERY friendly to him) by thousands of votes?
All of these things are just excuses to remove any culpability from the Sanders campaign and to explain away their mistakes. Bernie went into the campaign with the same strategy as HRC 2008, and he achieved the same result. If the DNC really wanted to screw him over they would've bounced him right after Super Tuesday.
