Neither the title nor the lyrics is very subtle (none of Gaga's music is, really), but the lyrics are quite interesting and draw you into the song. She did a good job of injecting emotion into it, and the piano really works with the song, so it sounds great as she played it here, live with just her and the piano. I will be surprised if it isn't on her upcoming release and I will also be surprised if the studio version is uptempo - it doesn't seem suited for that, whereas You and I did.
Overall, I quite like the song, but I am also glad she noted that it is "in no way reflective of the rest of the album."
