The AHS 6 Finale is on November 16th. I've said LG5 would come on Friday, November 18th for months now. It's 2 days after the AHS Finale, 2 days before the AMAs, and one week before Black Friday. Thus is also what Adele did last year, she put 25 out the week before Black Friday. It all makes sense 👀
It's a safer bet for them to have a wait between the single and album.
Considering the position she's in of having to win people back and convince them to invest in her again - particularly with a change in sound - then it's beneficial to have the first single out breaking the ice, followed by the second single to confirm that "she's back" alongside an album which now (hopefully) has two hits to sell it.
It particularly makes sense if they debut the lead around the VMAs, then use AHS to sustain hype until the second single and album drop in Q4 between Black Friday and Christmas. Lines up the Grammys/Brits for the third single, too.

What kind of strategy do you guys think she will follow with the lead?
I would honestly lose it if I woke up one day with a new Gaga song alongside its MV.

i think she'll have exclusive streaming with apple music, a radio deal the debut weak, and an interview with Zane from apple/ beats radio.

You guys are so tiring with 'winning people back', 'what will the straights do'... Jesus nobody in the real world cares about that, it's much simplier. If the she serves a relatable, quality song with a trendy sound, she wins. If the song clicks, it clicks.
