I'd like to say thank you to everyone who participated in the rate and especially to those who commented during the revealings! I realize that making people listen to 8 full albums wasn't the best idea (it was originally just some songs, but blame Japan her racism and blocking of videos). I appreciate that some took their time to do it (except *********). I hope that everyone had their share of fun even though the results can't please every single person. Please, aniticipate improved and less time-consuming rates in the future.

It's that time of year again! Welcome to the fourth J-Pop thread best of! This rate celebrates the year in J-Pop music with some of ATRL's favorite J-Pop divas. Last year the rate was changed to include eight artists from four and this year even more artists have been included! The full list of songs and artists can be found below. The last four artists in the rate didn't have enough material released so therefore they have 1 song included instead of 3 as I still wanted to include them in the rate.

Within the PM Friendly List all song titles are hyper linked to their respective video courtesy of jpopsuki.tv or YouTube (remember you're only rating the song, though).

Note: jpopsuki.tv slays but the server can be slow at times, but they're the best streaming site for J-Pop videos so please bear with it!

Rules & Guidelines:

1. Assign each track a score between 1 and 10; decimal point scores are accepted,
   but only those to the tenth place (i.e 9.5, 8.3). If you assign a score of 0, it will be
   rounded up to a 1.
2. You may give one song a score of 11
3. Send your rates to me via private message and do not post them in the thread!
