I dunno if I really like the idea of Katy working with Sia. It seems so trendy, and Sia's songwriting style may feel a bit played out by the time Katy actually releases.

I hope we get a Bonnie equivalent this era -- a previously unknown talented writer (or producer) that Katy works with heavily and introduces into the Top 40 spectrum. Someone new.

Depends how much she has written... Teenage Dream was recorded from October to April 2010 and we got the single in May, but we've only just got confirmation that she's back in the studio so it could be a while yet. We could be waiting until August or September for the single and November or later for the album if she's only just in the studio now and if she hasn't done much writing outside the studio...
