If the material on the new album is good and lives up to the hype and up to the standards of her previous material, I wouldn't be that surprised if she does pull off another 21. She'll have so much momentum going into this new album.

I think that Adele will get married first and have her (short) honeymoon with Simon before she releases the new album.
Maybe that's why it's coming later in the year?
The album is probably pretty much done but she's waiting to release it so she can get married and enjoy time with her family, etc before going back on the road.
