This move is historical. It's the poor souls who only care about their hatred instead of the dying music industry who are painting this in a negative light.

I love how windmillsmusic and bobbybones, cant give her any credit for anything good she does, yet both constantly kissing ass of every minimal female country singer that comes along.
Windmills is longtime carrie and miranda fan and bobby is pressed Taylor wouldnt date him.
Did you guys notice how all of a suddden Carrie and others are hopping on the #supportfemalesinicountry fad because its the hip new thing; yet carrie and a few others never had one good word to say to Taylor when shd was the biggest in countrt, nor even acknowledge her now when shes made supporting fellow females and music artists her mantra.
p.s. this isnt shade at carrie or female country artists.
I just wish they would sometime give Taylor a tip of the hat for her contributions, and that windmills and bobby would get their asses figuratively kicked

Then again, it says that the company will have worldwide right to use the photos FOR ANY NON-COMMERCIAL PURPOSE, meaning they wont be re-selling their photos, but allowing their use for free. Apple's purpose is definitely commercial, even if they are not charging for a given time-period. A true, laughable failure indeed!

As the contract clearly says, that company allows him to use Taylor's "likeness" for commercial purposes 1 single time. After that, they can do as they please with the photo AS LONG AS THEY DONT SELL IT, because it is HER IMAGE and she holds exclusive rights to that, just like i hold exclusive rights to my image and you hold exclusive rights to yours. Either way, it is still a very complex matter so we could argue for the rest of eternity with no one being right at all.

Prearranged between Taylor and Apple? I did NOT know BOBBY BONES is so stupid. Under the serious risk of permanently damaging APPLE's good image? Especially among ARTISTS which are always one group of their major clients.
Edit: A Mistake was a mistake, no matter you correct it or not. With Taylor's help, APPLE avoided totally losing ARTISTS...at least musicians.
Edit2: But the damage was REAL, even though they changed their policy quickly. But ARTISTS will remember what happenED.
This was not the first time APPLE made mistake in music area, but different from U2 album, this not paying ARTISTS during three months trial for FANS, had fundamental problems. It's not about a single artist (band), it's about the ARTISTS as a group. I don't know how they decided their initial plan. No matter how great the crisis response system APPLE has, you can not deny that: THERE WAS CRISIS FIRST, THEN AFTER THAT, RESPONSE.
Edit: If they are so proud about the great publicity they got from this CRISIS RESPONSE, and forget the cause of this CRISIS, APPLE is in real problem.
Edit2: If they consistently made mistakes in the same area, it means they should immediately improve that section. This time, with Taylor's help, they minimized the damage (The damage WAS still there, even though became much smaller), how about NEXT TIME?
What happened to Bobby Bones. I was watching a Taylor interview just a year ago on his show and they totally get along.
