So even if, you know, you go through difficult things, hard things, unexpected things that kind of knock you over for a second, I think the year 2013, that has to mean that things are happening for a reason, right?
The Lord's current career position is showing similarity with Shaina's. Cross-over success is spreading the Lord's words over world and expanding borders for country music. Nowadays country is the second biggest genre in US after pop and looking for new markets. Music Row will use the Lord for this aim but won't give her two cents. I won't expect huge success in country award shows like Fearless Era anymore. Industry has their IT couple and the Lord will continue to have her shot for EOTY like Kenny. So for us not the chart and award success but high quality music should be important.

I agree that music quality is the most important but if she continues losing awards and media does not stop picking on her she might not have such a great platform to share her music in the future as today and is in danger of flopping into irrelevancy. I mean fans can barely even trend **** anymore. That is an alarming sign.
But then again i feel like she has created such a strong bond with her true fans that every LP she puts out will still go platinum. And if it comes with amazing quality work...that is more than enough.
I think Taylor can still turn her negative publicity around and she's still got one of the most dedicated fanbases. She needs to take a break from bubblegum pop though. It's time to release All Too Holy or Holy Gospel. Taylor's very intelligent so I'm sure she'll know what to do. Also for the love of God please fire Paula
22's floppage is too much. If Global Queen RiRi of All Radio Formats released one of her most generic songs to radio, it wouldn't have done as bad Twenty-HEW?? Anyway, it's great that the ACM Don't Care is smashing
