CeCe was probably always meant to be Red Coat and Black Widow. That's why she tweeted the "endgame" tweet and always said how this is their Uber A plan. But they probably just wanted to make it more the storyline more lush so they made Sara be RC/BW and CeCe only black hoodie. They have 30 more episodes, ya know.

I don't know if this has been said or not but since I finally watched the episode for a second time I feel like the biggest disappointment of this finale was that a revealed herself on her own terms instead of the girls finally forcing a's hand and making her reveal herself. I feel like the last 6 years have been a waste considering everything they did was in vain and ultimately a ended the game on her own terms. I really wanted to see the girls outsmart a for once and corner her and force her to take her mask off.

After reading a few "CeCe is Charles" theories, i'm actually not mad at all about CeCe seeing as she is a great actress, the story is great and there were plenty of clues.

What i'm mad about is Marlene being annoying as **** on twitter and the plot holes.
The most annoying thing about the plot holes is how insignificant and small they are. It's just plain lazy, all of them could have been explained/sorted/more thought out in the first place.
