You do know that the song was re-written and released by Big Time Rush right? It's now called "Windows Down". Sony probably don't want any threat to its success, as it is selling a decent amount on iTunes at the moment. I have a feeling that person is obliged to keep it quiet.

now that I've heard the full thing it seems likely that it was produced by Luke and co., but I'm still not 100% convinced so I was wondering if we had an official source
But it has a light rock influenced verses and chorus and its not exactly what is on the radio right now either
I think it only sounds different because of Marina's vocals. The instrumental sounds kind of basic to me and reminds me of teenage dream/last friday night
