1. "Dare (La La La)"
This is easily one of the best tracks on the album. The drums are just epic and the chorus is the best part. The only thing that drags this track down is the bridge which sounds like Shakira's voice has been auto tuned.
2. "Can't Remember to Forget You" feat. Rihanna
We all know this song and it feels a bit off place between the opening track and "Empire" but it's still a cute bop.
3. Empire
In my opinion this makes a great promotion single but I hope it get's a video too. The end of the song flows into the next track similar to what Justin Timberlake does with a lot of his 20/20 Experience 2 tracks.
4. You Don't Care About Me
This song is kinda bland in my opinion. It lacks some depth but the bridge makes up for about 50% of the track. The "ooh ooh"s remind me of Demi Lovato's "Without the love" a little.
5. Cut Me Deep feat. MAGIC!
MAGIC! is a new artist and his voice fits the track well but it's the weakest on the album by far. The song just kinda goes no where and when Shakira sings "I like it when you cut me deep/I love it when you make me loose sleep" there's not much emotion.
6. Spotlight
This is my favorite song on the album. The harmonies are the smoothest I've heard in a long time from Shakira and the outro is kinda similar to Katy Perry's "Choose Your Battles".
7. Broken Record
Who ever thought Shakira would make such an emotional ballad? Well her voice truly shines her and it's the longest track on the album.
8. Medicine feat. Blake Shelton
This song reminds me a lot of "Just a Fool" by Christina Aguilera and Blake Shelton and it's a little better. The pre-chorus is kinda cheesy but other then that nice mid-tempo.
9. 23
The only song on the record with no chorus is one of my top five. There's a fire-y element to the song and it works. I don't wanna say much wink.gif
10. The One Thing
"Boy you know my hip's don't lie" is probably my favorite line on the song and the chorus is kinda repetitive. "Because you're the one thing, one thing I need, I need" repeated like eight times is kinda annoying.
11. Nunca Me Auerdo de Olvodarte
There is nothintg to special about this track as it is the Spanish version of "Can't Remember to Forget You" so i skipped half way through it.
12. Loca por Ti
"Crazy For You" is the title in English but I really wish I understood Spanish because man this is a great song. It's probably one of the most up beat tracks on the album and the melody is very smoith and it will get stuck in your head.
Overall I think this is a much better album than 'She Wolf'. A lot of the tracks are nice and have a spring feeling to them. I think "Spotlight" and "23" definitely need to be singles. I have not heard the deluxe tracks yet though.
