Yes they have reverted back, normally songs only go on sale roughly 6 weeks after release, but last year to try and stop piracy they decided to put songs on sale as soon as they hit the radio but this didn't work out so well and now they have stopped doing that in the UK.
Management are involved, they might not decide release dates etc but they would get on the phone if they spotted something like their are no pre-order links available. This has never been a problem when Cheryl and Girls Aloud were managed by Hilary, but now she has changed management we don't have a pre-order link? It might not be to do with that, but if you look at what is different this time around compared to before, then that could be one of the reasons.

Are you joking with that? you have a problem with her new management and, so far, they have only been good for her. Stop blaming everything on them when it has nothing to do with them. And no, if you check the songs released every week you'll see there is the same % of songs being released on air/on sale this year than last year, but it still is songs that have been hold back that are #1, exactly like last year.
This week there are two examples of it. Far East Movement feat Justin Bieber which is an on air/on sale song (#8 at the moment on iTunes and climbing) and Rita Ora feat Tinie Tempah (#1 on iTunes after being top 20 in the airplay chart in the last 3 weeks)... it wasn't available the option to pre-order her single either.

Cheryl Cole & Kylie Minogue 'To Save The Voice'
Adele is also in line to perform on the show in a bid to boost ratings...
Cheryl Cole and Kylie Minogue have apparently been drafted in by The Voice to boost ratings, after the BBC1 show saw another slump in viewers last weekend.
According to The Sun, the Girls Aloud babe and Minogue will perform on the semi-final and final on 26th May and 2nd June in a bid to attract audiences after ratings plummeted by another two million.
The newspaper claims all four judges could face the boot - despite Sir Tom Jones' recent boasts that himself, Jessie J, Danny O'Donoghue and Will.I.Am would be returning for the next series.
BBC bosses are thought to have called a crisis meeting after last Sunday's show had an audience of 6.9million - a whopping 2.1million down on the week before, which saw 9million viewers tune in.
Last month, ratings even soared to a huge 11.3million - beating Britain's Got Talent - with the Beeb now hoping Chezza and Kylie can conjure up more viewers.
An insider told the tabloid: "If the show keeps bleeding two million viewers a week, serious changes are needed at the highest levels and no one is safe.”
Adding insult to injury, BGT has managed to retain its crown as the weekend's top entertainment show - with 10.8million tuning in to the semi-finals on Sunday.
A separate show source claimed: "It’s the first year of the show and clearly it needs some tweaking.”
The Mirror has also reported that producers are planning to approach Adele to sing on the show, with a BBC insider telling the newspaper: "We’ve just signed Kylie this week and Cheryl is going to perform her new single in a massive exclusive for the show.
“We are also contacting a number of other huge stars, such as singer Adele, to add more quality to the show."
They added: "ITV have already shown it’s dog-eat-dog by moving Britain’s Got Talent around the schedules aggressively, so we have got to hit back as hard as we possibly can.”

2nd June? Then they need to bring it forward at least one week, or even maybe two...
Firstly - The Voice final is on 9th June (right?) and there will be a The Voice winner single out on 10th June (right??).
And secondly - I think she should do like Tulisa - do a performance one week after the release, so she will have a chance to get #1 in the second week too... or it is better to implement a safer scenario and release it in the same week as the performance (3rd June) ?
I don't think they will bring it foward two weeks, though. But they definitely should move it by one week (if the article says true ofc), there is no point of having a performance eight days before the release.

To be fair, she doesn't even need to perform, she'll go #1 anyway. I doubt it'd add that many more sales.

But with a performance on a right time she could have had one more week at #1...
and higher sales overall.

Yes, but she'll drop like a rock the week after. She needs to promote.

But the single ain't released until June 11th?
Either week she performs, she's performing before it's even released. So what does second week sales have to do with anything.

I misread your post, I thought you said Promote and not Perform. Either way, performing on The Voice will definitely give her extra sales. Unless she lip syncs.

What are you on about, I made a suggestion as to why there isn't a pre-order link, hardly saying they are shockingly bad just that perhaps she never had these problems because Hilary had her eye on everything, again it is only a suggestion, I have not said anywhere this was the actual reason. I actually think she has fantastic mamangement, they made Black Eyed Peas huge.
Well then it is very few acts who release straight away as most labels have ditched the idea of doing that now, and actually R.I.P was premiered on 4 April and wasn't released until 6th May in the UK, so you are wrong there.
Any lets move on as I only made a suggestion, I wasn't planning on having a pointless discussion about it.

No if she is performing before her release date then I definitely think they will bring her single forward.

They dont necessarily have to push the release forward.
They did the same thing with Nicole and Dont Hold Your Breath.
She promoted and performed it the week before its release, and then debuted at #1
