Ugh, I love all of those songs sans "Mercy." In all honesty, "Valerie" is probably the only Amy song that I really legitimately love besides "Tears Dry on Their Own."

17. You've Got The Love

I don't have anything against it, I just feel like it is one of her weakest.
Drumming Song, What The Water Gave Me, and Heavy In Your Arms deserve to be here instead.

Previously stated as Florence's most successful single (in the UK), You've Got the Love almost didn't make it onto Lungs. It was the b-side of second single Dog Days Are Over (which we still haven't seen ... hmmm) , then released as a digital download in January 2009. It was tacked onto the album as a bonus track/afterthought, and was later released as a single.

You could tell, it makes no sense after My Boy Builds Coffins, Hurricane Drunk and then Blinding.

I don't really like Florence's cover of "You Got the Love." I don't know, it just doesn't do much for me. I think she makes it almost unrecognizable, and kind of in a bad way...

You've Got The Love is such a good song....... I like Florence's take because its nothing like the original and to me that is what I like in a cover. Make the song your own and do not do a simple copy and paste from the original artist.

So far so good..... I'm pissed that Rumor Has It was kicked out. That is my ****!!! Just a fun idea that turned into such a fun song to sing along too. Everything else is to be expected. I'm glad **** Me Pumps lasted so long.... that is the song that made me initially like Amy. This guy that I was ****ing turned me onto her way before she came to America. I kinda miss Vaughn

I guess I've known this was coming for a while now, but I really don't see why everyone has been so down on this song. "You've Got the Love" was my personal discovery of the rate. If I had my way, it would have been in the top five.

I mean, I like them, but I don't think they have that transcendent quality that so many other songs from these ladies do. They're plenty good, but I don't find them particularly innovative or witty or moving.
