IMO the EP isn't trash but 4 of the songs are bland. EOH used to my favorite song ( I thought it was going to be my summer song) but after a few listens I realised it goes nowhere and fell flat. I only use TGL now. I like Dreamsicle but meh. They need to come harder.

For those of you complain about the vocals and effects, I am pretty sure they aren't using this to hide the fact that they can't sing because they clearly can... I believe it's just the type of dance and electronic music and vibe they were going for. I love it

Exactly. If they overloaded us with DK style harmonies and melodies, people would call them a discount DK or some other rude ****. I'm 100% okay with this direction.

But not just Shannon and Aubrey didn't destroy Danity Kane, it was a group effort between Dawn, Shannon, and Aubrey.
Aubrey has always been an instigator but that doesn't give Dawn the right to attack her (and I stan for both). So just because it isn't your cup of tea doesn't mean you can just blame it all on them when there has been various things that had always given a vibe that their reunion wasn't going to work out.

Probably not. If so, very few. 
They know their strengths and weaknesses. Their main strengths are: looking good, dancing, and having personality (Aubrey). And it seems they're playing up those three things the most. Good for them.
That's probably another reason why the vocals are so drowned out by production. Some of the songs sound a little... overproduced. But R8dio did a good job showcasing his work.
