Because there were three elimination votes all posted at basically the same time, I'm conflicted about how to continue past this round. What would be most fair: sing the vote that just happened to get through cyberspace first, or siding with the majority of the three? What do you all think?

I do understand your point, but when it's mere seconds that separate these votes (which could have been caused by a slow connection or something), is that really the fairest approach? I'm really in-between, but if that's what everyone thinks, I'll go with it.
Hey everyone! I love these end-of-decade music games, but some of them are taking forever (or they've been completely abandoned), so I'm starting my own. This musical chairs game will take the 25 biggest hits of each year in the 2000s, according to the Billboard Hot 100, and slowly eliminate them until we find the ultimate song of the decade... according to you, the members of ATRL! As usual, a couple of rules to keep in mind:
1. I will begin each round (unless I explicitly state otherwise).
2. You can only save one song each round (unless I explicitly state otherwise).
3. You cannot save the same song in back-to-back rounds (and I'm serious about this one).
After the dust settled on a contested round 8, OutKast's "Hey Ya!," the 8th-biggest song of the year, was left out in the cold. Not only was another top ten smash eliminated, but it was also the second OutKast song to be voted out, sadly leaving them with no more hits in contention for the title.
