I'm still hoping for a VMA performance. They usually have a performer from every genre and it's all pop/hip hop acts right now. This just needs some good promo tbh. She should also do a radio tour like she did with Body Party.

If you ask me Ci should spin less money on promo and more on radio deals.... Radio play is the main problem here. BP is looking cute but the rest of her singles might struggle.

This song never really had a chance tbh.
They released it during the height of Body Party's peak. She always overshadowed I'm Out by performing Body Party right after or before a la BET Awards. Unlike Body Party, she gave us the video way too quick. If you remember she made us BEG for Body Party's video & only after radio started spinning the song. Ultimately building hype. Hopefully she & her team notice the small, subtle differences for future singles, but that wouldn't be Ci.

I thought people would have caught on already, the label has NEVER released I'm Out as an official single. It was hype for the album (hence why they never released it as a single on iTunes and sent only to urban radio). 'Ciara' has had one official single released which is BP.

Smart since they are saving for WYG and OD. Had I'm Out been sent as an official single EPIC wouldn't consider two more singles after the album sold how it did

Someone should tell Ci that then. Queen is outchea in countless interviews, tweets
& everything in between specifically naming I'm Out as the 2nd single. But if that is true, for the dodged bullet.

This isnt a track for EVERYBODY like Body Party or Overdose. Its for the kids and the girls. I think thats why it flopped at Urban radio and failed to keep impacting. It still peaked well because of the video tho. All wasnt lost.
