Ironically, the 'lazy' thing stems from doing so much at the same time. When your plate is so full, it's hard to pay serious attention to each individual thing, so they end up suffering in their own way. It's like, you have to tour, record an album, promote the album as well. Rehearsal time for performances will be cut short because there are so many other things going on, so people see a performance that isn't exactly the best she can do, and the conclusion is
why didn't she rehearse? she's lazy. And it goes on like that.
