How often do you hear about artists doing serious promo in Canada? NEVER! How often do we hear about artists in the UK, Germany or France? ALL THE TIME!! Just accept it.

My point was that Canada is in the Top 10 of major markets, and it is on the album and physical sales charts, that was my point, i dont know what your bitching at.

Anyways, it doesn't matter if Canada is small or not, he wouldn't say anything if Kanye was at the top ten there.

Haha...bitching? Someones getting touchy...And like I said, based on the market shares and percentages, the top 10 doesnt mean ****. The only ones that really matter in the grand scheme of things is the top 5. Get it yet?

Not true. I could give a **** if KanYe tops markets that dont matter. And I never said it wasnt cool for whatever artist is topping the Canada chart. All I said to start this whole thing was too bad the audience impressions of the ENTIRE COUNTRY is less than some of our US STATIONS...thats all I said.

Who flaunts a Canada #1? Avril fans were the only ones I have known to do that, and that makes sense in a way because homegirl is from there. I would never flaunt a Canada #1. I really only care about the United World Chart, the UK Charts and US Billboard Charts

LOL, Avril has had only 2 Canada number ones. Her debut single, and then 5 years later with "Girlfriend". So any Avril fan who flaunts that are sad, lol.
#1 is #1. You might not flaunt it, but its still apart of the WORLD. Last time I checked at least.

Hahaha...first thing I think we can all agree on! Hahaha Canada does in fact exist and is a part of the world.
BUT as far as a #1 being a #1, not true. Unless its a Billboard Hot 100 #1, its not a #1. But I dont expect you to agree, seeing that you are a Britney fan. And she hasnt climbed to the top of Hot 100 in a LONG time and shes only visited the spot once in her career. SO I of course expect you to overlook the US Hot 100 importance. Britney has however EXCELLED on the UWC, where homegirl has quite a few #1s to her name, which is in fact a GREAT accomplishment.

:-/ what does me being a Britney fan have to do with anything? I never ever said the US Hot 100 isn't important, so you just put that in my mouth. Gosh, I wish a conversation can be handled with me, without the other person mentioning Britney...what you said was just plain..idk. it was just a stupid thing to say, sorry.
Anyways, I know the importance of the BB Hot 100, because its a bigger country. So being #1 here is more relevant than a smaller country. I'm not stupid, although I never said anything disagreeing with that, as you mention.

Yes 7 to be exact. Also Lucky and Gimme More went to #2.
Also Sometimes, Stronger, Im a Slave 4 U, My Prerogative were all Top 5 Worldwide, and Canada helped as well as the US.
(POM currently at #6)
Anyways yes she only has 1 #1 hit, she has 5 Top 10 hits and 9 Top 20 hits...
And sinse you count the UK as important, 18 of her singles went Top 10, 5 of them at #1.
I think the chart that is the most importance in the world is the United World Chart, which Britney has and still does dominate.

Britney doesn't need US single success, look at the damn albums. that's all that matters.
When **** like "Crank That" spend more than 1 week on the chart, a #1 doesn't really matter. Radio is biased. They don't play certain music from artists for the wrong reasons. They ignored Britney in 2001 because she wouldn't sponser them in her tour (i believe), ignored Madonna for politics **** (even though "American Life" had the best singles), and now they're doing it cause Britney's psycho.
Now if digital sales were a higher percentage than radio, Britney would be dominating.

HAHAHAHA...how are you going to try to call me out for mentioning Britney when you chimed into the conversation by mentioning KanYe? How is that different at all?!?! HAHAHA...seriously? Explain that. And you said a #1 is a #1, did you not? That implies that the Canada chart is as important as the Hot 100. This really isnt complicated stuff here people. You'd have a lot better shot shutting my down if you could keep track of the things you were saying...hahaha...its just simple philosophy here. If A then B. Not much to it.
