Most of those people on tour bought the album there or already had. I'm checking the popularity of the songs every week and Let Me Down was always low.

The label does consider the Itunes ranking. Kelly said herself that the singles will be picked based on which song connects the most with the generic audience. Itunes is the biggest digital selling system on this planet, how in the world is it irrelevant ?

The label takes the amount of streaming and sales under consideration. So Spotify and Itunes are a factor.

Idk. I love YLM, I think its my third most played on the album and its one of my favs but I just can't see it smashing for whatever reason. LMD is simpler for the general public to relate to and to jam to.
