I think it's due to BEP. They had 4 #1's there in the past 3 years alone. 3 consecutive #1's from The E.N.D.

I checked tvbythenumbers for old X-Factor ratings and it seemed to go up and down every week. Hopefully the former will happen this season as word of the mouth spreads.
I guess we can all say this single with Britney will be his highest US charting single to date. If it's really good as he says it is then I see no problem in the Army at least getting it to debut Top 10.
