JLF is mediocre, but the Justin song is a disgrace.
I don't find it that bad honestly. Yeah it's generic as hell and the video will probably be a Happy-like rip off but it's inoffensive & catchier than the former. JLF however doesn't appeal much to me.
The biggest pop star in the world and biggest touring artist in the world are totally different things. Rihanna wins in the singles department, the only department which the GP cares about.
Arguing about album sales and tour numbers (which are limited to fanbases) will only make you look more and more stan war'd and FOMO'ed
What you are calling "giant flops" are album tracks that charted within the top 40. Friendly reminder that album tracks aren't even supposed to chart at all
I think it was well known that Meg would be blocked by either Drake or Bey. Her chances at a #1 are pretty slim since Arihanna is also releasing next week.
The irony about Beyonce is if she just had the confidence to release Grown Woman and Formation as proper lead singles I think they probably would have done really well. Perhaps the way she slayed Itunes this time around will make her less gunshy for the next album lead single.
