Wait so the more you ship physical copies, the more you end up selling? I always expect low sales so I ship low physical numbers which might be the reason for not selling much. Why kind of self-fulfilling prophecy.

Release lead Single
Album Release( Over Ship)
Second Single( a week after the album release to maximize album sales and keep them stable)

After that keep releasing singles. If you're 100% in a country then the sales won't reach the peak it should be with more copies available.

I know I've been playing MW for years. It's just that Empire really is annoying on that side, my sales neer go high even at 100%. I'll try over shipping. I play with Johnathan's settings btw.

Also I just overshipped a single by a huge margin (like 1M physical copies shipped in the US for it to sell at 1k with over 60% popularity in the US)

When I work on a new album and I'm on the producers list they all have 0% in production except for my artist(s).
It's so annoying my singles and albums are always panned.

I wouldn't over ship. Over shipping doesn't equate to high sells in the first week.

Music Wars Empire is fun to an extent. The chart formula is pretty broken at the moment, although I still play it quite a bit and currently am.

Music Wars Rebirth 2 is free and it's fun, so maybe try that out before going for MWE.

Road2Success, the chart formula is severely broken but it's free and you can have fun with it.

I actually really dislike the reviewing system on this. I'm not sure if it's the RealLife Mod that's the problem, but I haven't had one single/album have a positive review. The highest I've had is 60% I believe it was... Although my songs are 80%-100% in quality and the theme fits within their skill ratings.

I've been trying to figure out how the reviewing system works and my only conclusion is that the "Themes" you choose for the album is what determines the review score.

If you go into the "songs" tab on the profile page and click on the song you will see a percentage for the theme you choose so I think that percentage determines the score.

If you produce a song in the editor at excellent best believe it will be high rated.
