Yes it does, and she looks a little bit chubbier probably because she couldn't exercise the last few weeks with her broken leg :/ she remains pretty though
edit: Wait, I realize how dumb this must have sounded! She probably wouldn't gain that much weight so fast just from not exercising, it's probably just the picture that makes her look chubby
If you think about it March 4th is like the perfect time to release a single for her...
She can promote it in the US within two weeks and then leave for her concerts in Asia.
And AFAIK the live shows of American Idol start in early March so she could perform. Even though most of the songs performed last year failed to chart and this year's ratings aren't that good anymore.
I know this is the standard thing I always say, but once again I don't see what you guys say on that she seems a little chubby in those jackets... And I'm not even saying that just because we're all so defensive about that subject
But well, my housemates also often say that in some episodes of TBBT Penny seems a bit more chubby than in others, and I don't even notice that either, so...

I just don't get why it's brought up every time Like people sometimes look better in certain outfits than others, it's life I think she looked really pretty so I disagree anyways
She is using a cast, right? Then she'll need it at least for 4 or 6 weeks, because the ankle is involved as well. But she didn't need surgery, as far as we know, so 6 weeks I'll say....plus phisic recovery AND she won't be able to use high heels for a while.
what would ya'll consider pop/rock? stronger?
