Why would Britney's dumb team waste their time giving payola to a song that's for the SMURFS movie anyway?
I mean seriously?
I see you guys are forgetting that Avril & Miley have the same managers and label as Britney does now, so why the hell would payola be wasted on a ****** song like OLL that's not even for Brit's album and not LEAD singles like HTNGU and WCS? Where is the logic exactly?

Why they don't love Criminal?

LOL Criminal was a 4th single and yet it still managed to peak at #19 at Pop with a banned video and without a single performance.
Meanwhile HTNGU has had more promo performances than Britney's eras combined since 2004, was a lead single and peaked at the same position. Some people are just pop staples, others are not.
