she is an artist, she is not a writing machine. she needs to be inspired, she needs to be happy, she is a real human being, i bet you cant be working constantly without resting

she finished the artrave in late 2014, if it wasnt for tony she wouldnt be inspired to create a new album, she met wonderful new people who inspire her and she did the most acclaimed performances of her career (oscars 2015/2016, superbuwl NA, etc.) AHS was really good for her, she grew as a person, as an artist

The RedOne's haters in here are a bit extra, suddenly y'all can't stand him. Even more, it's not that you are uninterested on his possible tracks, it's an active desire for none of his tracks to be included, wow.

I personally want some (I'm not saying all lol, at least 1 or 2) of his tracks to be included because I know they always make great music together. If it becomes a hit, that's a plus, but it's because I like their creations.

Just being as extra as y'all in only attributing all of Lady Gaga's success / her entire career solely to one male producer, even Grammys she won for vocals and visuals, claiming if LG5 flops it's because RedOne wasn't on it, that Gaga can only make good music with him (as if he makes listenable music outside Gaga) or deluding herself into thinking people actually use RedOne productions in 2016 and that is what Gaga's career needs right now.


And how is it a active desire when it's reality? Once Gaga see's Perez in that video lip syncing under that aborted Sean Paul 2003 rejected stale ass instrumental, it's goodbye Nadir.

I think what people have a problem with is that RedOne stans tend to be the main ones that think a single produced by him will be some huge Poker Face-level smash, I think people are just tired of hearing this idea regurgitated, especially after that blah 2012-sounding song he released (that is going nowhere on the charts). And then there's the fact that he said something about his creativity being reigned in during BTW...yet he released that generic song from his album and continues to produce sonically dull music all on his own. That he would kind of shade his own work on that album when it is the most adventurous work in his oeuvre kind of says a lot about him IMO. I feel like RedOne is kind of Will.i.am-ed and too stuck in a rut to be of any good use in the present day.

I don't like RedOne anymore because my music preferences have changed drastically since 2013 and I'm tired of dance music.

I think Gaga's got the voice to pull off something greater. Period. No one's denying the sales of the songs Gaga produced WITH RedOne, but at the end of the day why should I care about something that doesn't affect my life at all?

Though it's kind of obvious at this point that we're getting multiple producers on this album and would one or two songs by Redone hurt? That's all im trying to say. Worst scenario possible...They could be fillers and even then we're reminded of the poor sis ARTPOP and its multiple fillers

Thank you! It's not that I don't like him either. I just think she's grown from his sound. But even like chanel4 said I'm not opposed to having a few songs on the album by him. I just don't think him being executive producer of the album would be a great idea.
