Here for the Overwatch critique a the beginning then praise at the end.

I gotta say tho, we have men in overwatch that are conventionally attractive body wise: Genji/Reaper/Mcree/Hanzo/Lucio all are more or less buff with big arms and pecs and 3 male characters that are odd body types. Then we have like 3 females with different body types. So... I think Overwatch is WAY ahead of the game in terms of being more or less equal.

Her using ****ing Gorilla in her male list is messy, because if Winston was a girl I'm sure feminists would find a way to drag Blizzard for it.

I do agree with her, dont get me wrong.

I didn't bother watching the video but as for Women image in Overwatch, I think they do a pretty great job that other games don't do very often. Overwatch has old women (Ana), a buff strong women (Zarya), not stereotypically girly Tracer, Widowmaker who is evil and strong in her own aspects, Mercy who is the typical kind of healer girl I guess, Pharah who is also strong (and Egyptian I presume), Symmetra who is high-tech (and Indian I presume) and soon to be Sombra who is also apparently high-tech (and Spanish I presume, Ana may be as well?)

I think Overwatch overall has a diverse background of heroes not seen in many games

I got so lucky in solo queue for Competitive and won 2 games in a row.

Now my placement is 3 wins and 3 losses which is a lot better than it was last night with 3 losses and 1 win.

Played Zarya for all of them,
I had no idea she would be such a slay.

My teams this morning drove me NUTS honestly at one stage everyone but me was a support hero like?????

2-2 so far and I got lucky for one of the wins because 2 of the enemy team had left

After a really rough start, I solo queued and managed to get 6 Wins and 4 Losses .

Great story: I played Zarya (still new for me, I got like 5 hours on her with varying levels of success) for the first 9 of the 10 matches. I got Play Of The Game twice with her, and was so happy. Then the final match of my placement (Lijang Towers), I loaded late and the team was already picked, and my two meta mains (Zarya and to a far lesser degree, Zenyatta) were already picked. I begged them to switch but they said no, so I was like **** it, I'm going with my main... Dell customer service representative: Symmetra.

Cut to us winning all 3 rounds in a row and me ****ing slaying. I put a batch of turrets right on a flank and killed reaper mid ult. I did the good sis Symmetra proud, and I was just sitting there on the kill cam like:



I ended up with GOLD, 2105 points or something.
I was just happy I didn't end up with Bronze.

I had a horrible solo queue experience this time around - thankfully I think they changed the system. I think solo performance is favored heavily in your final placement. I lost four straight matches due to quitters and still ended up with platinum in the end.

I was so pressed at this one guy. We were on defense and he took like 3 whole minutes to pick a character so it was basically 6 vs 5 and they took over the 1st point easily THEN the exact same guy left as soon as we had to set up the 2nd point. It sucks when one weak link brings down the whole team.

Why the **** did Blizzard put the thing in where you can't even leave a match if someone from your own team dips out?? why would they punish the entire team for that? That's the dumbest thing ever.
