maybe bcs they were EU countries. There is no import fees within EU but if u ship something outside the person that gets it has to pay import fee... u can send to let's say Denmark, but not to Bosnia

Yep. We've had an import fee for a while now. It might be because of capital controls. But even in my online purchases (both inside and outside the EU), there's always a fee lately.
Oh yeah I forgot about the fee, they take about 15$ for the first pound then add 12$ for every pound extra, (having to pay 12$ because your items weigh 1.03 pounds is not a great thing.
