Sorry to butt in here, but he never said Britney was better than Kelly. He was saying MLWSWY doesn't have as much buzz as Womanizer. Which is 100% true. Britney had tons of hype! Almost every single newscast talked about its premiere. MLWSWY has been on a lot of newscasts, but definitely not as much as Womanizer. Plus, this part of the year, download numbers aren't as big as when Womanizer was released. 250k is my prediction.

Its only logical that Kelly hasnt gotten have the buzz Britney did with Womanizer so to think that her first week download #'s will be anything close to Britneys is irrational thinking.

If I remember right, by this time, Womanizer had already gone over 2000 spins. I mean, that's not a big difference, but Womanizer did take off slightly faster.
I just found this, Kelly Clarkson has more spins (+1821) compared to Brit (+1668). BY FAR !!!
then brit got a Huge +395 the next day to bring her 7-day total to 2063, so Kelly needs +242 at least tomorrow to beat Brits first week total..which she most likely will..
but its still not gunna beat Womanizer's first week sales at all...
